Your file will show on the Eagle Aviation tracking when your luggage has been processed by the Airline, and our local offices have cleared your luggage through Customs and Security. If our online tracker shows your luggage is not yet in our system, please do not worry. It is likely that we are in the process of clearing your luggage through Customs. As soon as your luggage has been processed, our local office will contact you.
If your luggage is not yet in our system, we will be unable to advise of an estimated time for delivery. We are only able to discuss files that have been received by our local depot and processed through Security. If you need to change your delivery address or update any contact information, you can do this via the contact page on our website.
If your luggage is not tracking on our website, we would always recommend you contact your Airline directly to get more information. Your airline will often offer online tracking functionality on their website. Once your luggage has been processed by the Airline and by Eagle Aviation at the Airport locally, you will be contacted by telephone or SMS to discuss your delivery.
Once your luggage has been processed by the Airline and Eagle Aviation have cleared your luggage through Security and Customs, our online tracking system will provide you with updates regarding the status of your luggage. Eagle Aviation will always contact you to discuss your delivery once your luggage has been received.
Please utilise the contact information on your non-delivery card to rearrange delivery. Alternatively, please email our Operations Team to rearrange your delivery.
Please ensure that you have made your Airline aware of this and provided them the tag number of the suitcase you have in your possession. The Airline will inform us of the requirements of the luggage swap and Eagle Aviation will contact you directly to make arrangements of this. We recommend you take photographs of the suitcase and do not disturb any contents.
Eagle Aviation can only repatriate luggage in the condition in which we receive it, please contact your Airline regarding any damages or missing contents. Eagle Aviation and your Airline will work collaboratively to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
Once your missing baggage is located, we will pick it up at location and contact you to arrange a delivery slot to bring your bag to you.
