Here is what you need to do next in 4 easy steps
Report your lost baggage to the airline
You report your lost baggage to the airline you travelled with. They will locate your luggage and provide you with a thirteen digit reference number, for example AHL LHRBA12345. Files may begin with AHL, OHD or DPR.
Your baggage will be located
You will be advised when your baggage has been located. Eagle Aviation will arrange for vetted drivers recover your baggage, clear through Customs at designated collection times. You do not need to contact us at this point.
Trace the status of your baggage
Use our online tracing system to check the status of your baggage. Rest assured, our experienced team are working fast to collect your baggage. Eagle Aviation will contact you when your delivery window becomes available.
Receive a delivery slot by phone

Once we have your baggage, we will contact you with a date and time of delivery. You do not need to contact us, we will contact you.
No Need To Phone Us
Once your missing baggage is located, we will pick it up at location and contact you to arrange a delivery slot to bring your bag to you.
